Last week, I suddenly experienced tooth sensitivity while eating, so I booked a dental appointment for today. Since I'm a foreigner and don't have private insurance, I inquired at the clinic if they had a Chinese-speaking dentist. Thank you to the clinic for assigning me Dr. Lydia. Because I plan to return to Taiwan in a few months, I'm grateful that Dr. Lydia informed me of the price and assessed the urgency of my needs before the examination. In the end, I had a full mouth check and cleaning. The receptionist and the staff who helped me with the appointment were also very friendly. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone who needs to speak Chinese. 👍

Peter and the staff are always friendly peter explains everything to you, there is always a friendly atmosphere he does a great job and very reasonable, I would recommend Purely Dental , 10/10

I cannot and I mean cannot thank Bernie, Janine & Stacey enough from Purely Dental, I also cannot fault them they have gone above and beyond for me and my teeth, I didn't look after them as a kid and that led to a lot of issues, Bernie is the best dentist I've had the pleasure of being a patient with, they are kind, loving, warm and patient, thank you for the next chapter Bernie you are the best if you are looking for a dentist in colac PURELY DENTAL is the way to go 😁

Purely Dental's staff and Dentists are very lovely people. I feel absolutely at ease in their capable hands in a non-judgemental environment, for a person who does feel embarrassed about the inside of their mouth. I must also mention that they believe me when I say I might need to be numbed some more so I have not had an issue with any pain there and don't feel scared that I will. I feel completely calm knowing that I will go in and be respected 100%. 😌 I really do think highly about Purely Dental and I hope people with anxiety about dental tries them out as they will be surprised that it isn't actually that scary to go to the dentist!

I tend to put off dental visits for years due to a busy work/life. Their extended hours made it easier to fit appointments into my schedule, and I'm starting to finally be able to keep up with regular check-ups. The staff are professional but also genuinely friendly and funny making visits surprisingly enjoyable. It’s clear they care about their patients and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Thank you
